Morning has Broken

 I love Mornings! I love  the sunrise, the fresh oxygen.  I love the quite moment while the rest of world was still asleep and you take time to stop, think and be grateful for the calm awakening. 

I've always known that our brain  receives everything and fills every empty space and  the sequence of events get fragmented while we sleep, it slows down. It works wonder so that we can be able to think clearly the next day. Refreshed and Renewed! 

During sleep, it seems everything is shut down,  we are completely unaware of our surroundings and  the next day you'll be surprised as you hear/watch  the daily news on TV, the chaos, the crime that happens over the night and  every details of the terrifying  news would remind us that life is precious and  that we should  take time to contemplate and begin and end each day with love and gratitude.  We are blessed that Someone  is watching over us while we sleeps. Every morning is a gift, full of endless possibilities. 

Nothing beats the  morning when you still snuggled in bed, the feeling as you stretch your body and how it works is really amazing.  What a great privilege.  Morning is very critical time of the day, sometimes, your thoughts will predict the kind of day you're going to have. So start it with a SMILE  and attract all the positive energy.

 The simple joys! A morning fuel such as coffee or milk without rushing forward while a nice background music is playing... something that moves me.

Here's the scene! 

 I sleep like a baby, I get 10-12 hours a day. Imagine that!  I am a morning person and my day usually starts at 5:00 am.  That's my body clock. and in the morning, H20 or any liquid is my real best friend.  After gulping down a cup of coffee, I get down on my morning routines. Everyday we are tuned-up to these kind of activities. All we need is prayer and grace!

 I'm always grateful because  I have my family and friends who keeps showing me the love I need and I have all the reasons to keep going. HAPPINESS WITHIN.

 We have an endless journey, we have battles and sufferings can be very tough. Just know that no matter what the outcome, the JOY always comes in the morning.
